As a certified holistic health coach, yoga instructor, + meditation enthusiast, my work is devoted to helping you heal hormones through movement + meditation + medicine.

As a holistic health coach + private yoga instructor based in Downtown San Diego, I thrive by showing my clients their wellness is worth it.
After hosting a Los Angeles-based outdoor yoga class for women in 2017, I realized the wellness community was missing a private yoga instructor and holistic health coach. A Sacramento native, I decided that I needed to start my goals in her my new hometown of San Diego.
I moved to San Diego in early 2018 to reach my community locally and quickly redirected my mission to teach health coaching programs, yoga classes, and nutrition workshops both in-person and online.
Made with your health in mind, the WWL Method is a short + sassy lifestyle guide based on the six pillar of holistic health, including: self-love; hormone health; community support; spiritual empowerment; nutritional health, + financial freedom. Created as the perfect pairing for my Six-Month Health Coaching program, this guide was crafted with your health in mind.
Hosted via Zoom meetings, my six-month virtual health program is based on the WWL Method to provide one-on-one support for your health journey, including: bi-weekly hour-long meetings; food + supplement recommendations; virtual pantry cleanouts; actionable worksheets + handouts; monthly homework assignments; 6 months of text + phone support, + so much more!

Held via Zoom, a local park, or a private location near you, my 60 minute yoga sessions are curated for all yogis, no matter where you're at in your practice. We will move through mindful movements, gratitude prayers, and meditations in-between and during your flow. A brief breathwork practice will take place before our physical asana practice, which will include alternate nostril-breathing and mantras. Perfect for curious singles, couples, + groups!
